IBM 3082 TCM module
This is a Thermal Conduction Module from an IBM 3082, picked up from a scrap dealer in Nov 2008, it came from Marconi, Chelmsford. This is a water cooled unit that holds loads of chips. See the main 3084 page to see where these go.
